I want you to be happy with your purchase. A lot of love and time go into each of these small paintings. I am happy to accept returns up to seven days after you receive your painting. I provide free, insured shipping to you but return shipping costs and insurance will be your responsibility. Please repackage the work carefully using the original box and packaging materials. I will credit your purchase to your account once I receive it.
Damage from Shipping: I take extra special care in packaging all of the paintings and insure them when shipping. If for any reason your new artwork is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately at 585-704-6419. I'll ask you to take photos of the packaging and the product inside and send them to me at email@example.com.
A Note About Encaustic Paintings: Encaustic paintings will not be shipped when temperatures are below freezing here or at the destination to prevent damage from freezing.
